if you plan vegan recipe first then lactose free then whey salted carmel and whey chocolate you might save even more time on cleaning by not cleaning the line at all (if the only difference between salted carmel and chocolate relates to flavour - dry cleaning might be not required and vegan recipe is allergen free). I would plan it as following: vegan whey (I assume it's not soy/ allergen free whey) - Lactose free (so we have casein)/ salted carmel whey/ chocolate whey. If vegan recipe include an allergen then definitely deep/wet cleaning after.

Always make sure the lid is secure! We had to use a cable tie. Although a very good system, I've worked with them for 3 yrs, there is a design flaw. Along the base of the IBC where the forks of the forklift go, the inside strut can buckle and catch on the blenders circular base causing the IBC to tilt alarmingly to the point of falling over. I never had one do that but it did seem a distinct possibility. We hammered out the buckle and problem solved. It reappeared some months later on another IBC so we had periodic checks on all IBC's.
